Our Story

Brachial Bridge Network was born from a deeply personal place — created by someone who lives every day with Erb’s Palsy and has connected with others navigating life with brachial plexus injuries. This nonprofit was founded to give voice, validation, and visible support to a community often overlooked — to say we see you, we hear you, and you’re not alone.

We strive to provide the best resources & services to those in need.

— Jacinda Reid, Founder

Living with a brachial plexus injury can lead one to experience emotional, physical, and social challenges. However, it also opens the door for the strength, pride, and connections that can come from navigating life with this condition. From the physical limitations and countless therapy sessions to the inner strength and self-advocacy it fosters — we know firsthand how these injuries can shape lives, both positively and painfully. And we also know how powerful it is to connect with someone who simply understands.

That’s why we created Brachial Bridge Network — a space to bridge the gap between diagnosis and empowerment, between isolation and community, between surviving and thriving.

Why It Matters

Too often, people with Erb’s Palsy and brachial plexus injuries feel invisible, unsupported, or misunderstood. But together, we can rewrite that narrative.

At Brachial Bridge Network, we believe that lived experience is powerful — and when combined with education, empathy, and professional resources, it can transform not only individual lives but entire communities.

We’re here to walk that journey — hand in hand.

Families and Caregivers - We See You

Erb’s palsy and brachial plexus injuries don’t just affect individuals — they impact the entire family. As a parent, sibling, partner, or caregiver, you carry a unique emotional and physical weight. At Brachial Bridge Network, we recognize your role as a cornerstone of strength and healing. You deserve support, resources, and a space to be heard too. Whether you’re navigating early diagnosis or long-term care, you are not alone, and you are not forgotten. This community is for you as much as it is for those you love.
